Excellerations Emotions Tiles Set

Help children recognize and identify emotions and supports social and language skills.

• SUPPORTS SOCIAL SKILLS: Recognizing, accepting, and naming emotions are the first steps in developing strategies for managing emotions. Self-regulation skills help children build positive relationships and solve problems.
• REAL PHOTOS ON SOLID WOOD TILES: Photos of babies and toddlers with animated features and expressive facial cues and body language are specially selected to engage young children – they love looking at pictures of little kids! Photos are heat-transferred onto smooth, solid beech wood tiles that will last for years!
• SUPPORTS LANGUAGE SKILLS: Action Verb Photo Tiles feature one side with real photos, and one side with an illustration of children displaying different actions – laughing, playing, clapping, hugging, kissing, and sharing. Emotion Photo Tiles have real photos of babies and toddlers expressing 4 different emotions (happiness, sadness, anger, surprise). Specially selected photos invite children to match pictures that will help them recognize and interpret emotions in others and themselves.
• EARLY EXPRESSION: Mixing and matching the tile sets helps children associate an emotion with an action. Promotes an active discussion to help children express their feelings.
